A basic function that generates an alpha (character)
Allows you to run the "Repeating / Related" math functions that normally only accept Repeating / Related input's - directly on a list. E.g. Average, Count, List, Max, Min, Stdev, Sum etc.
This function is part of a larger series of functions seeking to implement equivilant's of PHP's native array_* functions. This particular function emulates PHP's array_rand() (see http://php.net/manual/en/function.array-rand.php)
Returns a list of elements from low to high , inclusive. If low > high, the sequence will be from high to low.
Removes all empty values of a list.
The function is designed to process every value in the provided list according to the function provided in the first parameter
